Hello Friends. Red matte lipsticks! I just can’t say no to a red matte lipstick. When it’s Scarlett O’Hara, Oh boy, no one can dare to say no. This crayon lipstick is way too hot to turn down. I have tried many variants from the Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick range from Sugar Cosmetics but Scarlett O’Hara is my favourite. I also loved Holly Golightly from this range, the tan one.
