This post is going to be about an eye cream I am absolutely adore. I like to use eye creams since I have dark circles plus dehydrated under eye area. I might not use a moisturiser, but I need to put an eye cream. I have used many eye creams till now. I remember my first eye cream was from Biotique, it was so thick and useless. I tried on Aroma Magic under eye later on, was not quite impressed by that too. After that I tried many brands such as Neutrogena, L’Oreal, Jovees etc but finally eye creams from Forest Essentials & Oriflame made a permanent stay in my vanity.

Apply cream to perfectly cleansed skin. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

My Views

I have deep set eyes, my eyes are most prominent to develop dark circles. Also, due to my profession and addiction to makeup & beauty blogs, dark circles are here to stay under my eyes. My under eyes area looks dehydrated if I don’t use an eye cream & I start to develop fine lines under my eyes.

Forest Essentials Eye Cream is my favourite eye cream. But Oriflame Optimals eye cream is nothing less. I am very much happy with this cream also. I use it once in the morning, and again at night before retiring to bed.

I like its smooth & light texture. I disappears into the skin leaving behind nothing, no oiliness/ greasiness. The under eye area stays hydrated for entire day. Over a time of period it helps smooth out fine lines little bit. Also the under eye area appears well rested and bright. Stretchy feeling is gone.

I don’t have puffy eyes, so can’t comment on that part, but the brightening thing works. This cream does not show results within few applications, you need to stay consistent. If I skip using it, my under eye area looks tired. To keep the results, one must keep on using it.

Takes time to show the results. Also one must keep on using it to maintain the effects.

I really like this eye cream for being so potent. It feels light on skin. It does not leave behind any residue so that you can put makeup afterwords. It brightens under eye area. I feel it is a great alternate to another amazing but costly eye cream from Forest Essentials.
