Cover Girl Super Luscious Wet Lip Gloss 13 : Review & Swatches

Lip Gloss. Who can say no to a lip gloss? I can’t. A girl would never say no to a lip gloss. A Lip gloss is flirty, seductive & addictive. You can have every possible colour in your vanity and would still can’t say no to more. If we talk about lipsticks, not every colour would suit every body. But every shade in lip gloss would suit every girls lips. That’s the beauty of a lip gloss. I thought, let me share my experience, with my newly grabbed Cover Girl Super Luscious Wet Lip Gloss, its dirt cheap but promising.

Texture:

The texture of the gloss is non sticky. But I think the consistency is very runny (to give it a wet look), that I feel it would drip off my lips.

My Experience:

I don’t wear lip glosses during summers. My skin is oily and it would be a disgrace to lip gloss to wear it with an oil factory. So I wait for winters to wear glossy colours.

I didn’t have any intention to buy a lip gloss the day I bought Cover Girl Super Luscious Wet Lip Gloss. I just went to grab something else meant for the upcoming  Karva Chauth function. But then who can tame my wandering eyes and heart. I saw these beautiful tubes filled with lovely colours and I asked the sales man to swatch them for me. I literally wanted to grab 4-5 shades, but since my hubby was with me, I remained calm and got only two.

Today I am going to swatch and review a pretty pink shade no 13 from the Cover Girl Super Luscious Wet Lip Gloss. It is a bubbly pink shade with glossy finish of course.

Pigmentation of the gloss is very impressive, I don’t nee much product to achieve that flirty look. Even pigmented lips will be covered thoroughly. Despite of being under 100 bucks, I was amazed to see that single swipe delivers beautiful colour. You can of course build the intensity of the colour.

Staying power is average. The gloss stays put until I have your meals. After meals, colour fades off leaving little gloss on my lips

The applicator that comes along with the gloss, is smooth and decent in size too.

Hello Nisha, though i am not that into lip glosses but this post tempts me to try one. after going through your posts one thing i must say that you have quite photogenic lips with that cute beauty mole…the kind we generally see in fashion magzines. yes the color of the gloss(bubbly pink) looks very nice in both indoor and outdoor swatches…one thing which attracts me the most is the price of the gloss which is very affordable.
    keep posting…..

Hey Neeraj, Even I am too not that into glosses, since I have oily skin, I would not prefer anything glossy on my lips too.
But winters gives you a chance to have fun with bold colours and glosses.

If you have never tried any lip gloss before, you should try something that’s easy on pocket so that you don’t regret later if you don’t like the look.

      Have Fun 🙂
